CHICKPEA TUNA

  • 1 can chickpeas, rinsed - mash with a fork or process leave lumpy, texture - don't overprocess

  • 2 Tablespoons Celery

  • 2 Tablespoons Red Onion

  • 1 Tablespoon Nuri Furkake

  • 3 Tablespoons Vegan Mayo

  • 1 Teaspoon Dijon Mustard

  • 1 Teaspoon - Goya AP Seasoning

  • 1 Teaspoon - Old Bay

  • 1 Teaspoon - Garlic Powder

  • 1 Teaspoon - Onion Powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon black salt (optional -- not added here)

Serve on your bread of choice with preferred toppings.
